Thanks @encantes my notifications stopped a few days ago so I’m just checking with each moderator to check I’m still on the tagging lists since I’m only receiving notifications from Pets. Thanks for your help

Hi @encantes I have recently not been receiving any notifications from Friends. I discovered that my notifications had randomly unchecked 'when I am mentioned' so I have rechecked that, but only notifications from Pets are appearing. Would you check that I am still subscribed to Friends please Many thanks....jeanps

All is well with Pets notifications, but I have yet to receive any from any of the other games. So maybe I have been unsubscribed? Can you tell me how I could check this? Perhaps you could give me the names of the other moderators and I will contact them all. Thanks so much ....jean

I checked and they had randomly turned OFF! So I turned it on....hopefully all will now be well. Hopefully I have not been unsubscribed to other games that I actually play. I did get a message from @Lynette so at least Pets is working....thanks again for your help

It's odd. I unsubscribed to what I thought was just Jelly notifications (which I don't play) and then all the notifications stopped arriving to my email. I haven't changed any of the notification info in my profile. Can you suggest what I might to need to do to start receiving them again. Thanks so much
