Hi, I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is so frustrating. Is there a reason you reinstalled the app? Maybe your email and password is incorrect. You can always change your password and that will get you back into your game ๐ค

Hi KC, I just saw this as I was collecting scores. Have you tried to reset your game. Log out, close device , and then log back in? Or has it corrected itself already?
