@Sue_Holland You need to win 5 Consecutive Levels to win the Prize. I know that because I won 4 Consecutive Levels and hoping to win it. Unfortunately, losing my 5th, put me back to square 1.

@briandat You could GO BACK and REPLAY the LEVELS without RE-SETTING. Why RE-SET?

@duncansheryl24 I had that experience last year when I uninstalled and reinstalled the App because it was not taking my Facebook Username and Password. I lost over 500 Lives that I accumulated from Facebook Friends, Boosters and Power-Ups. Did you happen to uninstall and reinstall the App?
