  Did you try swiping the other direction? With the crystal levels, you have to select the candy beside the crystal and swipe towards the candy under the crystal. I had the same experience.

  I play on Android and it reset. I just played level 3309 and won. You can tell by the increase in color bombs in the before and after shots. The bot didn't change.

  Did you try swiping the other way? I found out you need to select the candy outside the crystal and swipe in the direction of the candy under the crystal.

  @Elsa, I have encountered this same problem on a different level when multiple fruit fall all at once not keeping accurate count. I have also noticed it's not keeping accurate count when hitting…
