You can win pins from episode races, chocolate boxes, etc. So you should be able to continue to receive them by clearing levels. -

It can seem unfair at times, but some levels and events just require a lot of luck and time! Keep up the great work. -

Many people have completed all of the levels. It currently is at about 20,460 and 60 new levels are added every week :) -
