Ditto - I have also taken all the steps above to get the new levels but no luck either. I play on an iPhone. Once again nothing posted by the support team about the issue 🙄🤷♀️ -

It would be nice if the Studio admitted and apologised for their error - there was obviously something AGAIN wrong with their update. The updates are rare but the issues following are FREQUENT. -
