Why will pyramid saga not open up on my iPad

the game started to run slow. I have updated it but it says it is loading then shuts down again. I have tried turning off my iPad and restarting it but it makes no difference. Looking at the messages it would appear that this is a problem which needs sorting out.

What is the model of iPad are you using? Check the FAQs and see if your device is still compatible.

Ensure that you have plenty of free memory on your device, as this can cause freezing problems,and check the Appstore to see if you have the latest version of Pyramid installed.

Also make sure, if you play connected to Facebook that you have the latest version of FB installed on your device too.

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed

my game randomly quit in the middle of playing last night. When I restarted all my boosters have disappeared!! How can I fix this?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
