I have completed levels 91,93 several times and it will not let me advance to the next level.(It will not turn green)

Hey Debbie, did you check for updates for your mobile and apps? Do a restart and check if it does let you advance afterwards.

If not, uninstall and reinstall the game on your device, but make sure you have synchronised your progress first to your Kingdom or Facebook account.
