I connected to Facebook to keep my data safe but instead all my progress was deleted.

Today I wanted to reset my phone but I didn't want to lost my Pyramid Solitaire data, so I connected to Facebook to keep track of my progress. Right after I connected it said something about "Data successfully synched" or something and I was back to level 1 (tutorial). I tried disconnecting from Facebook but all my previous progress was gone. 

I tried sending an e-mail but I got an auto-response with no clear answer or solutions to my problem. 

Please, if you have any suggestions on what I could do please let me know.

How did you save your levels originally? Did you ever connect to the kingdom? 

I'm not sure what happened obviously but if you did connect, you will need to reconnect to the kingdom to get to your levels back and then try again I guess.
