why can't i open my pyramid saga when i tap the icon?

when I tap the icon, it opens up to 3 percent then keeps closing on both my I-phone and my mini

No problems with Android on my end. Have you not had any luck with reinstalling the game I take it? Just make sure your progress is either saved to FB or Kingdom before you do if you haven't done so already Jeff!
