Pyramid Solitair Saga has stopped working

After upgrading my system to the latest Android OS (Marshmallow 6.0), the game was uninstalled. I've downloaded and installed it again, but now it won't start... Any help please!!!!

Hi Mohamed!

You might be experiencing and issue with the old system cache.

Try the following steps:

Turn your device off and then press and hold down the Power and Volume buttons simultaneously until the Fastboot menu appears on the screen.

Highlight Recovery using the Volume buttons and press the Power button to select it. When you see the robot on its back, hold down the Power button and press Volume Up once to launch the recovery menu. Now use the Volume buttons to select Wipe cache partition and press the Power button to confirm your selection. When the system cache is done, reboot your device to complete the fix.

If this does not resolve the issue, a factory reset may be needed. This will wipe your entire device, so make sure you create a backup first. With a backup in place, go to Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone >Erase everything.

Once done I suggest you start by only installing Pyramid Solitaire Saga - just to make sure you don't have other apps interfering.
