Regarding the lives, you need to reset your clock on your phone if you have changed it. You need to set it back by the same amount of hours as it is now (1500421:20). Or you can try deleting the app and reinstalling

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
