Sync on new phone

We have new phones and tablets. No matter which gmail account we have on the device when we install pyramid solotaire saga, it doesn't pick up the old levels. (The installation doesn't ask for an address). We have tried having one at a time on a device and tried having multiple on a device. I checked the old phone and saw that there was only one Google account there. Using that one on the new phone didn't sync with the old data. We really don't want to have to go through 540 levels to get back to where we were. There are also other King games that we haven't tried yet to put on the new phones. We will want those to sync as well. Any suggestions? (All devices are Android).
Also, we want to have the new phone and tablet sync with each other in the future (by using the same gmail account).
