In level 1645 frog cannot move on ice jelly?

Please help on my 1645 levels . Game is interesting but I am stuck on this level

    I had the same problem using my Android.  I switched to the computer and it worked correctly, and I passed it.  Hopefully they will fix the bug for others.

    Same problem on iPhone 6. Can't move frog onto LHS square so can't pass layer. Very frustrating
