Hi! Why can't I recover my progress on Pyramid Solitaire Saga?

I play this Game on several devices and always have problems in synchronize my progress! Last time you got a request from me about that issue and yes, you helped me to solve it but after a segnificant number of days ,while I was far away from the situation i described to you! I mean, level 515-617 on IPad and 472 on tablet and smartphone. The rezult was that you synchronized my game progress on all my devices to the 472 level! I worked so hard to reach 500, not to talk about 517 so please, do your job ! Friendly, waiting for your help!
