I play on my mobile and tablet but have to keep going over levels that I've already completed on my tablet level 1002 is not showing up as completed although levels 1003, 1004 etc are ???

Try with reinstalling the app, it usually fixes most issues.

Make sure you have the game connected to your Facebook or Kingdom account before deleting the app so you can restore your progress after reinstalling. Boosters and Lives though will be lost when you reinstall the game.

Delete the app, restart the device, download the game again from Google Play Store and finally reconnect to your Facebook or Kingdom account.
