I have no more piggy bank?

I received a message the other day concerning the piggy bank and I needed to do something in a limited amount of time.  I lost message and time and my piggy bank?  Anyone having the same problem?

Troubleshooting

It could be that they had issues with it, and pulled it for a little while, or the timer ran out and unfortunately you missed the offer
