New update won't work

in Support
I updated 8th of january. But the new levrll wont start or even show. I contacted support but no response. Can somebody provide an answer or sollution?

    Hello @namkiv and @clipshutz, and welcome to the community! Have you checked the software on your device? Sometimes, new content may fail to appear due to out of date software. Check I see if your device’s software is up to date. Let me know how this goes.
