Pyramid solitaire lost progress

Hi, I was on level over 700 on pyramid solitaire. I was previously connected to fb already. However, I accidentally connected to fb again and lost all my progress. What can I do to regain my progress again? Please help! -- resolved!

Oh wait, level 1505 is the last available level at the moment...

We don't have a specific date for the next release as this is not something the Studio share so, we have to keep an eye out for future updates but I'm sure it wont take long ☺️

I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you for joining the King community forum 🙏🏻

Remember, you can not sync a game id with two different Facebook. So log out game and login again with old facebook id.
Of course, log out the new facebook on your device app and log in the old facebook which was synced with the game.

I'm glad that you got your game progress back and as for the boosters, the same goes for xtra lives and extra moves, are items which are saved locally on the device on which you received them. This means that, unlike Gold Bars and your level progress, they won't transfer across to your new device.

The good news is that if you still have access to the old device everything will still be there! Why not head on back over and use up those boosters to power through some levels before switching to your new device?

If you aren't able to carry on playing on your old device then don't worry, I've added some compensation to your game

Always remember that we never recommend storing too many free boosters on your device, not only is there a chance they may be lost but they can also affect the game play.

I recently upgraded to a new phone. When I logged into the game, it saved my level (867), but every single one of my boosters are gone. I contacted King, but all they did was send an automated email saying they could reset me to my level. When I tried to explain the level was fine, it was the boosters vanishing, they sent me the same email. Hoping I can get a better response here.
