I have good news today; the fix is live, that means, if you update the game now you will be able to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga again without any connection issue!

I was having the issue of not being able to connect to the internet on my iPhone 7. I followed the steps to delete and reinstall the game. When I signed back in under my own account and again under Facebook, I had lost 65 levels. I had completed the most recent stage, 136, and was waiting for the new stage on Thursday. I have been moved all the way back to stage 132, level 2025. Can anyone help me with that please? I really do not want to replay all of those levels. Thank you.

Not solved at all. Still exactly the same problem. Royal Path was not on for me when it started going wrong. It has been like this for weeks now.

Have purchased royal Path but got nothing despite money being paid
I have not been connected for some time and now I have paid for a Royal Path and got nothing
Excuse me, I'm Spanish and I don't understand what you mean by "Royal Path".
The game is installed on my smartphone and on my tablet associated with the facebook account. On both devices I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still does not connect. I have also tried to connect to my king account and it gives me the same connection problem.

OMG Game crashing every time I try to start it up, then I tried to delete and reload game but now it reset and is at level 1 when I was way up there 😫 What’s going on?

It's not fixed for me, I had already completed the path and I am still allowed the free play despite it ending yesterday! Also, the gold wasn't a mistake and I have the email to prove it.

It would also be very helpful to know if you were on a Royal Path when you lost connection- do you remember this by any chance?

Same with me too. I reinstalled this morning and it pushed me back to Episode 132 and I had finished 136 on Monday night, waiting to start 137 this morning. I'm having to replay everything and it's super annoying.

The problem with missing WiFi seemed to be between 2026 and 2027. No I have reloaded the game several times and every time I get to 2027 the WiFi disappeared. No I hope the support soon can fix this game.

The problem with missing WiFi seems to be between 2026 and 2027. At 2026 I had WiFi but when I got to 2027 the WiFi was missing. This has happened several times. No I hope the support soon can fix this.
Lola_Pop, it's still not working. It's the same thing, the Wi-Fi icon on the bottom right is still searching for internet.

For the ones who have lost part of their progress, could you please contact our Player Support team from the game settings in your phone? Please select "Lost Progress" and they'll be able to put you on the correct level again.

No, I'm fed up with sweet as it's getting us nowhere. Where are the reward rounds? Can't send lives to friends or see their progress on the scoreboard, I was told some rubbish about the piggy bank not growing past level 10 yet mine is available again!! Is King.com just some bloke in his mum's basement or is it a corporation that takes our money but gives nothing back when we're forced to reinstall? Asking for a friend.
Unfortunately, the game has not worked for weeks. I reinstalled the game 2 times in the hope that it would work but it didn't help. The first time I contacted the team but they didn't solve it, after reinstalling the game and losing the boosters they gave me 500 coins. And the game didn't work the same. Now always connection problems, it does not save the game neither on facebook nor with the King account. The real path doesn't even come out and I can't even send lives. I'm sorry because it's always been my favorite game. I hope it will be resolved soon, but it has been wrong for 3 weeks now

I tried to sign in on my phone and my tablet and my laptop and it kept saying no connection error and try it again later every time. Pls fix it.

Unfortunately, many players are having this issue and the Pyramid Studio team is investigating the issue! It looked like they have found a solution this morning BUT it did not work. So, they are still working on it!

I have been having this issue for several weeks now. My user number is 125957780. I was up to level 2050 and uninstalled it and reinstalled it as requested. When I signed back in I was at level 2025 and cannot connect again. I lost my path which I had paid for and all of my boosters. I emailed customer service and was told to uninstall and reinstall. (GRRRRR!) I will not play or spend money on this game until this issue is fixed.
I totally give up. I’m not playing any ore. I refuse to start over and I refuse to spend any money on any game. Support is totally bad...no support no response nothing

Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
