jjaap is absolutely right. Saying that a fix is on the way after weeks of this happening to so many of us isn’t acceptable. You’d think the new version released in the last 48 hours would have addressed this as a priority. Amazingly this isn’t the case.
Let’s just hope the Game Studio are true to their word...
Hi there! I’ve been playing this game for years. I’m around level 1300 I believe. All of a sudden when I try to open the game it won’t work. It shows the yellow King screen, then shuts off. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, offloading the app and reinstalling (offloading so I don’t actually delete and lose my progress) Nothing is working and it’s been around a week. I have an iPhone XS for reference. Thanks for your help!
Yes, I do have plenty of memory left. I just did a software update on my phone and checked to make sure all apps are updated. I just started reading through the community and see this seems to be a common problem with no solution. I have never saved before through Facebook or King because I didn’t think it necessary. In all the years I’ve played I’ve never had an issue. Really hoping there is some way to fix this without deleting all my progress!
