I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Just wanted to make sure that you are talking about "Pyramid Solitaire Saga"!

Can you please give few more details about the issue...

1) Does the game App won't open up at all OR is it a level that does not open, when you click on "Play"?

2) What device are you using to play the game?

3) When did this issue start? And what is the version number?

I have seen another complaint with same issue! I have asked for more details from the also and see if both issues are caused by same reason!

The pyramid Solitaire saga will not open at all

Im using an IPhone 6s. It started today. I don’t know what the version is

I am having the same issue. Just installed the latest version of Pyramid Solitaire Saga on my iPad and I get as far as the welcome screen where I tap play and the game crashes as soon as anything else tries to come up such as the path has ended or lives received, etc.

I don’t even get the welcome screen. Just the orange screen with King Making the world playful and then it just goes back to all my app icons

Playing for years. Love game. No reason, orange screen pops up when click on app, then suddenly disappears & back to all apps screen.

Suddenly, yesterday, unknown reason won’t advance further than orange screen. There for 3 seconds, then pops back into game app on apps screen. Need to play to distract & calm self.

Hi,

I am on Level 1140 (or around there) and playing on a iPhoneXR. The app is suddenly crashing every time I try to launch. Can you help? I have updated to the latest version of iOS
