My game will not load.

I am on level 2143 and I cannot pull the game up to play any level. Why? My phone is up to date as is the game. Nothing is running in the background. And I cannot see what level I saved at, because the game won't pull up.

Hi @burps123

You can clear you history and cookies then if you’re connected to Facebook log out of it then log back in. This might help your game load. If this doesn’t help then contact customer support. There’s a link in my signature at the bottom of my post. Give as much details as you can about the problem and what game you play. Also you’ll need your game ID.

@burps123 Heya! Welcome to the king community! I strongly advise you follow @teresawallace44 ’s tips. I contacted contact customer support quite a few times as I had game issues and they were able to fix the problem quickly. They also contact you to see if you have any more issues. I hope this helps and happy playing.
