I am sorry to say that I could not understand the issue you are having in your game!
Are you saying you are not able to buy the "Gold Bars" in your game? Is that what you meant when you said "coins"?
Can you please explain what is happening when you try to buy the Gold Bars? Are you getting Internet Connection issue? Did you check the WiFi connection is strong and secure?
Sometimes, switching from WiFi to Data works for the games to work out! If you have not tried that yet, please do and post back if you still need assistance.
