I am unable to open my game since upgrade

Noted you can play your game after you've upgraded it.

If you haven't restart your device after update, please do so as it will refresh the app. Then log in and sign in to play your game as usual. Hope this help.

Can you please explain little more about the issue. Is there any message or just your game freeze while opening. Screenshot could help us to give you accurate info.
