Hi @44dollydimples welcome to our sweet and helpful community.

Please search your store for an update. The last update was unfortunately buggy. I too was sent back to episode 208. It's not up to you or your device.

I did today's update and am now back to my current episode. This is 213. Unfortunately, there are no new levels with me although I have already seen in others that there are more episodes.

Tomorrow I will fix my device's default:

- Clear cache

- unsubscribe from the game

- Turn off the device and wait a few minutes

- Turn device back on

- Open game and log in again

try again and hope to see the new episodes.

Thanks for your reply Teresa, yes I am still waiting for them to restore me to my last level and I have mentioned to Customer Service that I lost all my boosters! Hopefully it will get fixed soon for all of us that have lost their level placement and lost boosters!

Thanks all.. did the update earlier today and cleared cache rebooted phone etc...still stuck on level 207 (not 208 as previously stated).

Will just wait a few days to see what happens.

just installed the latest update and seem to have lost a few sets and gone back in progress. Before I downloaded the new update I am sure I was on set 202 or higher. Now I have gone back to set 198 level ending 3019. With no more sets available. Has the update caused a loss of levels and data

Try logging out and back in to the game to see if this resolves your issue. If not you will need to contact customer support to get your levels manually reset

no news I am afraid. I thing it’s a bug but they suggested restoring me back lower than than it shows even now and. To lose all my extras and well below set 198. I told them I had cleared the game was waiting for the new levels like I do each week but then this happens.

Have you changed devices recently? You can also restart your device and see if that fixes it. It does fix it sometimes. 👍

thanks for the reply. I have contacted support. They wanted to put me down to level 2895. And lose all my extras I am showing level 3020 as my last level done. I was well past that as I was waiting for more levels to be created Also I am showing that I can go no further from 3020 so I am stuck I know we are on set well above 198 because I have completed them. I have tried all the options offered and no help. This has happened to me before and was fixed when the next update was put out.

I also contacted supporta without anche help. Until another update is release, we are stuck...

I recently switched to a new mobile phone and promptly reinstalled pyramid solitaire saga, but, to my dismay, after logging in to my king account, I found that there were less levels in this app, 3020 levels (198 episodes), to be exact, when I was way over the 200 episodes. Is there anything I can do to get the latest levels?

Have seen a couple of people with this issue and i think some levels were released in error, so it may be you are at the end of the map and you can only wait for a new update. Also do not believe you can get these levels restored either due to this fact

That's weird, I was on episode 204, level 3106, on my old phone and I can see that there is up to episode 213. That's a 15 episode difference, too many levels to be released by accident.

But yeah, let's see if @teresawallace44 has something to add :)

This is different from my issue. I always kept Pyramid Solitaire Saga updated and never lost levels, only now that I switched to a completely new device.
