⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

I didn't change device, i have connected the game with my fb profile! After update i lost all my boosts cards and while i passed a level it's saying that I didn't pass it... Also, the last event of god's Egypt is appeared again... but it has been finished 4 days ago! Please fix it!!!

Will you give my boosts cards or you will make me to uninstall the game??? You have already few players.... If you aren't able to fix the bugs then delete it.....
Why is so hard for someone too keep their friends and family on the game, what happens with the pictures that once at the bottom of each level that shows the position one finish.
I did receive a text about the problem that this game has, but let’s get this off my plate I’m not a beginners I the one player if this game that always have to wait for the next level each and every week. Because you guys can’t fix the problem with this game then say so, as before I’m a father and a grandfather that only wants to play this game with friends and family, I did each and all the way you guys said do and it wasn’t and don’t work.
You will find your Game ID in your profile of the game.
Double tap the King name on the top and your ID will appear.
The ID is for Community Managers and customer support only. No one else can use it for anything. If you go through the Customer Support link you will get a automated email response then you will have to respond to the automated email with you ID and description of the problem again. Customer Support will respond back with helpful information. You will have to wait a couple of day for that response. 👍
