My pyramid solitaire won’t open

I use Pyramid Solitaire on my iPhone and it won’t open. I think I just play as a guest but I’m on level 540ish and don’t want to lose my progress. I’m two days without the game!!

@Abartlett76 Hi and welcome, It is important to save your game via a king or facebook account so if any issues arise, you can get your progress back.
Try checking both device and game are up to date , clear the cache from safari ( Important). log out and restart your device and then see if this allows the game to load.
If not you may have to wait for next update to see if this solves the issue or need to reinstall but as you have not got a saved game you can only get your levels restored. you cannot get any gold, boosters or lives restored. Link to how to get levels restored below

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
