I can’t open the application

Since last week after I finished the last level ( I play the game for years and I pass all levels with 3 stars), when I tap to the application , it starts for a second and then closes, so I can’t open it at all. I updated it before 3 days and I clear all cache and cookies, I restart my iPhone, but still nothing. The same thing happened to me, before 5 or 6 months and I deleted the application and reinstalled it but I lost my progress. I had to played again at least 10 levels and gained the 3 stars for every level again. This was very annoying and I am afraid, that the same thing will happen again

I will need a little more details of the problem. I have a feeling that you’re saying that you can’t open the app or game. Try these suggestions and let me know if it’s fixed. Go and make sure your game app is up to date/updated. Then clear you caches and cookies from your device and then turn off your device then Turn back on your device and see if that fixes it. 👍

@sravrosvak Hi and welcome, If you have done all the troubleshooting tips you may need to contact customer support to see if they can look in to your issue. As it may be device specific. Barring this your only other option would be to uninstall, but in doing this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES

You can update and delete your game. Don't woory about that.

Unfortunately you didn’t help me with my problem and I have to delete and reinstall the application. So, I lost my progress and some levels I had already passed with 3 stars everything, now is gone. The last time you didn’t fix the same problem and I had to play all the levels again to gain 3 stars for every level
