Sorry that you’re still having loading issues. Please make sure your game is up to date (updated). Also you can clear your cookies and cache and then restart you device by turning off and back on.👍

First of all my apps are always up to date. Well I did everything that was mentioned to do on this site and just googling answer. And the only thing that worked was deleting app off of IPad. After I reinstalled it, just like everyone else stated I lost all my extra wild cards, scepters, etc. Not very happy about losing them.

As @Diamond Lim has informed you (thanks for that 🤗), we only use English here. You can use a translator to post in English and participate in the Community. You can also visit the Rincón Hispano, where I will be happy to assist you in Spanish.
To solve this connection problem there is no general answer. A solution worked for each player. Reinstalling the game is never a solution.
The first thing to do is check that both the game and the browser are up to date. These steps in this order will help: - close session
- clear cache
- reboot the device
- log in.
Some players solved the problem by turning off the device's internet connection for a couple of minutes with the game open. I mean turning off the connections on the device, not turning off the router.
Please notify us again if the problem persists.

To everyone who has a internet connection issue. Please be patient as the studio is working on the problem. When one thing is fixed another problem arises and it takes a while to find and fix each bug. We do understand that some of you have waited a long time for a fix and we are so sorry for your wait. I have found that some of my devices is to old and doesn’t support some of the games anymore which mean a newer device is needed to play certain games and elements in the game. It can also close the app completely if the devices is to old. If your device is over 5 years old it may not support the game properly. ⏪👍

This issue has been going on for 2 years and now “they” are working on it? My only option was to uninstall the game on my iPad and reinstall it. Of course I lost EVERY single booster I had accumulated.
