Problem with losing levels in Pyramid

No offense to anyone but I don't see how to opt out of getting notifications for this thread. Any hints?

@Aauughh I can take you off the tagging list so you wonβt get tagged in any Pyramid discussions. Do you want me to do that? You can also go to your notifications and filter what you want to see here or in your email. The 3 lines at the top right is where you can change your notifications. π

Why is this all taking so long? It's been days now since many of us haven't been able to play due to losing levels since the update?!

I was nearly finished level 210 with about 5 new adventures after it now since update Iβm back on level 207 with no new adventures after that, WTF is going on ??? π€¬

We are all the same l think. Been waiting since Monday for it to get fixed.

I contacted Customer services this morning but haven't heard anything back. They told me a couple of days ago they had restored my game to the level I was on but that it might take time foe me to see it? ... so it's a waiting game and probably have to wait till next week now as the weekend is here :(

Same for me was on the end last Thursday waiting for new levels to come through then back to 198 now at 207 I contacted support last week They eventually told me they had an issue and she trying to fix
I am sure they are working on it but seems to be taking a bit longer than expected.
