Pyramid has stopped
Hi @teresawallace44 , thanks for your reply. As requested by by you, I'm re-posting 'why I am getting a 'Pyramid Saga has stopped' all day yesterday, can you please find out what's happened? Thanks.

I just checked my Pyramid game and at first I couldn't click on the start button to open the game or my profile button either but I swiped out of the game and went back in immediately and it works fine for me.

Hi @Patti21 @teresawallace44 @Elsa @rajdeeptb I guess you're playing on Win10 or a device that Win10 has. I probably have the same problem on Win 10. I had only played Pyramid there at first and at some point it didn't go any further. I assumed that at some point an update would be made. Unfortunately, no indication.
Before the game got stuck at level 2825, I had even bought boosters (not with real money, only with won gold bars). All this is now useless.
I then downloaded the game to my mobile device. There I have new episodes and am on episode 214, level 3263. I had to play there without a booster because the boosters are not transmitted. Because I love this game, I played without a booster and progressed very slowly.Β
Can you confirm that you are playing on a device running Windows? Then we can narrow down the cause and maybe Teresa can find out something about it. It would help me too.

Haven't been playing it much, but when I do, keep having to resign into *Facebook, to send *Free Lives.
I am on:
- Pyramid Solitaire Saga *Level 1709 / Episode 111
- v1.107.0.0 Modified 11/30/2020
- Win 10 Pro PC Desktop App / Signed Into Facebook!
Mentioned to @teresawallace44 some time ago, the *Pyramid Solitaire Saga site here, or stores, should list *Update Info on *Devices, since they are few & rare, along with hard to find online, for the *Devices.
No way to know, if you are *Current or not? So a *Wifi / PC List would be helpful!
