LOST ALL BOOSTERS AND ALL REWARDS
The game crashed in me Twice and I've had to Uninstall and reinstall. Both times I kept my level progress but Lost all my Boosters and Rewards! I can't get them back!
Why? I log in with the same credentials and am at the same level but without my saved rewards and Boosters, I can't progress! How do I retrieve my earned Boosters and rewards?

I'm really sorry for what happened to you.
Boosters are stored on the device you are currently playing on. If you delete/uninstall the game on the device, all your boosters will be lost. It is exactly the same with the gifts of life.

It's completely different with your game progress or your gold bars. These are stored on King's servers so that you can access your progress and gold bars even if you play on multiple devices.
Really, I'm sorry you lost your items. Please keep it in mind in the future if something is not working properly in your game. Uninstalling is always the last resort. I'll give you an article with the troubleshooting steps.
Please do not give up. All levels can also be solved without a booster, it just takes a little longer.

Like DieOmimi has answered you lost booster information and try follow these Crashing/Freezing troubleshooting steps that we hope this helps. 😊
⚠️ Also please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
