@Bamsimpson I tried to play this level 3905 again at the end of episode 257. I have to admit that I don't know how I managed this level back then. The level may have been changed by the studio. In any case, it is not solvable as it is now.
At first I thought that there are still key cards or other cards to expose the lock, which are under the cards blocked with chains. So I used one of my last jokers to see what's under the cards locked with chains. Unfortunately, it was in vain. There was nothing there!
tAs you can see in my next picture, I cleared all the accessible cards out of the way and then got stuck. There are no more cards to solve the lock above the 10 or the ace.
I failed at this level. It cannot be solved without a booster.
Since basically all levels have to be solvable without a booster, I will record a report to the studio and ask our community manager @Lola_Pop to contact the studio.
I hope that we will soon find a solution for you. Please be patient.
