    @Lola_Pop, maybe it's still important for the team: I'm at level 4577 and had a reward chest at level 4578. I still had about 2 hours for that. I had run out of life and that's why I closed the app. When I wanted to continue playing, the app could not be opened anymore. Of course, I did the standard bug fixes, but they don't help.

    @Lola_Pop I don't know if it's important. On 19.10.2021 I contacted the support of Pramid because my game was not syncronized. It was as if I was playing offline. But I didn't. Pyramid's server had no connection, I couldn't send or receive lives. Anyway, I had played some episodes, but they were not shown as played. I could no longer access episodes 234 to 245. When the server was apparently available again, I was able to continue playing and had no problems until noon on 16.05.2022. Here are the screenshots I sent to support back then.

    There was no solution and my ticket was closed because I could continue to play.

    Yes, @Lola_Pop. My app won't open. When I open the app, the start screen comes very briefly and then the app collapses / crashes. That means I can't play. I will probably give up this game then.

    No, please don't give up just yet. The team is working on the fix, @DieOmimi . They've made some experiments and that's why I was asking if that had solved the issue.

    Hello @DieOmimi - you'll need to reinstall the app, otherwise, the fix won't make it to the game, I'm afraid. Please confirm if it's working after the reinstallation, and thanks a lot for your cooperation ❤️

    @Lola_Pop, that's exactly what I didn't want because all my boosters are lost. I had 20 unblocker cards. A piece of it costs 59 gold bars. I also had jokers for over 50 pieces and cards for extra moves. 

    I know I won these bossters in the game and I don't get a replacement for them. 

    It was a nice time in the 8 years. That is now over. When I uninstall the game, I say goodbye to it.

    Please don’t leave the game. Maybe the studio can give you enough gold bars to replenish your rewards. I wish I could give you some of my gold bars to help you. You are doing so well in this game that sometimes I accept and appreciate your help. Don’t go! 🙁
