I can send about 20 of my friends lives, but can't request lives. I haven't received any lives, so I ended up using my gold bars. Why is this happening?

Normally when you send lives to friends it automatically sends out a request for one back to them as well. That's why it comes up as "send request" when you send lives on FB.

Usually, you get a popup on this game when you open the app. Then you can send life.
Then you will be shown who has sent you a life.
What happens when you open the app? Which device/platform are you using? What version of the app do you have installed? In which country do you play?
With these questions and your answers, I would like to find out what works differently for your app than for me.

I’m having the same problem. Saga was acting up, couldn’t log in. Linked my account to my Facebook account. Now I can’t receive lives. So frustrating!
