Why can't I play on iOS 10 anymore?

Hi there!

Starting from April 5, it will no longer be possible to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga on iOS 10. That means that if your device uses iOS 10, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events. 

Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.

How to check which IOS version I have?

1. Go to your iPad or iPhone's home screen, then touch the "Settings" icon.
2. From there, select "General."
3. Next, tap "About." You'll see all of the information about your device, including the version of your iOS device.

Hi everyone! In regards to the recent announcement, you might have some questions or concerns. 

Please note that these news will only affect the following devices: 

Phone: iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5c

iPad: iPad2, iPad (3rd Gen), iPad (4th Gen), and iPad mini (1st Gen)

iPod: iPod touch (4G), and iPod touch (5G)

If you have any of them, update your Apple device by taking these steps: 

1. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
2. Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS Updates.
3. Turn on Install iOS Updates. Your device will automatically update to the latest version of iOS or iPad OS. Some updates might need to be installed manually.

I have not been able to receive lives and don't know why. I uni stalled the app but still no lives. When I send lives it takes me to another screen with all names listed and the only option is s to send so I do but nothing on return.pkease help
