Why can I not get into play pyramid solitaire it just shuts off so frustrating

I am on iPad and itโs up to date it just stopped after playing for a long time. It works on my phone which is an iPhone as well .this is small and difficult to navigate as I am 80

Our game is not supported on all platforms. What platform are you playing on?
Hi @clarellis , trying doing a reset on your game. Log out of your game, turn off your phone, wait a just a bit, then turn it back on and then log back into your game. That hopefully will take care of it ๐
