Sending/receiving Lives
What is going on with this game? I never had an issue before, and then all of a sudden I’m not getting any lives, and I’m sure the ones I send aren’t going through as well. It’s SO annoying because some of these levels are getting really difficult and I refuse to keep spending money trying to beat them or get more lives. If they don’t fix this soon I’m considering deleting the game and downloading regular boring solitaie!
Also, customer service sends me here for updates, only I don’t see any updates on this issue.

Hi @sarac206 , I am sorry this is happening to you. Make sure your app is updated.
Can you please tell me what phone you are using, and what version your game is?
Also have you checked your storage space on the device? You'll need at least 2 GB extra for the game.
Please let me know if you have deleted your app recently

I’m not sure how to tell which version it is…..I play on my phone if that’s what you’re asking…..I use iohone. I have plenty of storage. I did delete and reinstall today to see if that fixes things, but it did not. My friend’s list is even different….before the reinstall.

Ok so you are on an Iphone. That is what I use also. Since you just deleted your app and did a reinstall, it will take a bit for the friends to start sending lives. They should respond from your sending live.
Since you do see a friends list, then that means you do have an envelope. I will add that to summary I will sharing with my CM🤗
