How come I can't send or request lives?

Hi @minnikins, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to send/request lives, could you please let me know what is preventing your from exchanging lives?

The Send button is greyed out and doesn't do anything if I press it. Same with the Accept button

Thanks for the information, could you please share what device you are using(brand and model) and confirm the game and OS version you have. You can find the game version in the store of your device and the OS version within your device's settings.
