Installed the game and it does not work

Hello, I installed the game today and, despite the fact that it opens, when I press the green button that says play nothing happens. The game isn’t working. Can anyone help me with this problem? For reference my phone is an IPhone 11 Pro if it helps.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble playing the game. Could you please try deleting the game, restarting your device and try installing again.

If the issue persists, could you please confirm the OS version you have installed in your device?

Desde México porque en jelly y soda no dan Boosters acumulativos gratuitos, en esos juegos no hay una rueda de regalos, solo dan los de inicio y ya y si quieres mas tienes que pagar, no se vale. Gracias

The collected clues and additional bonuses disappeared: joker, cards and others
Hello, Recently, the game has been crashing several times after logging in. This morning, I noticed that all of my HELPFUL HINTS, BONUS JOKER, SCEPTER OF POWER, and EXTRA CARDS I collected are gone. Please check and restore the bonuses. Best regards and waiting for the error to be fixed
