Hi and welcome to the community.
When we change device, we lose boosters and lives as they are stored on the device memory and not on the game but our progress and gold bars are not lost and should be available in our game. Please check below link to recover your progress.
Secondly for lives please check your settings according to below link.

Yes this issue has been highlighted by other players too. I hope the above link provided by diamond lim must have helped. However you please try to add some new active players and then it can be helpful to enjoy more lives.
 if you are using king account please follow below instructions.
On a computer you can add friends as your favourite through king.com.Â
- To do this go to king.com
- Select the games from top leftÂ
- Log in from the top right corner
- Select your game
- You will find a friends tab from the left hand side.Â
- Once you're in the friends tab, you can add friends as favourites with their email address.Â

But my advise to you is to you can check out some of the FB groups that are available. I personally went to one of the many FB groups out there and said I was looking for friends who were active players and got an immediate positive response so I added several of them and my lives went from below 10 to over 50 in a very short period of time.

Yes a lot of players have complained about that and i have listened that facebook is limiting number of friends not only to king games but all the games in general. But my advise to you is you can check out some of the FB groups that are available. I personally went to one of the many FB groups out there and said I was looking for friends who were active players and got an immediate positive response so I added several of them and now some of them are active and giving me lives very quickly. I hope it will work for you also.
