🔸 Facebook recently made a change to its platform & this means that you might experience issues when sending or receiving Lives. King is aware of this issue & working to fix it as quickly as possible so that these fixes arrive in future versions of all King Games.
- If you have the Game connected through Facebook, don't forget to make sure that it has access to your Facebook Friends List since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the Game doesn't have the access all Lives will stay blocked. Check HERE for more help on this.
🔺 Make sure as well that your Game is updated to the latest version if you play on a mobile device.🔺

Hello @harpergrace and good day to you.
Understood that you are not able to receive or send lives. If you are connected to Facebook whilst playing your game, it is a known issue and the problem is currently being fixed. For more info, please read this article.
Meanwhile, you may try to turn off your WIFI/data in your device, wait for few secs or more, then turn back on the WIFI/data in your device, access the game and try playing. Also, please make sure the internet connection in your area is stable and your line is not cut-off etc. and that your app is up to date.
