When I click on top up lives, it just shuts the game down and I can not use the lives people send me

    Hi @lizbeth4 hello and welcome to our sweet and helpful community. 

    I'm sorry that the mistake happens to you when you accept life. Can you tell me if that has always been the case? So you've ever been able to accept given lives or has it never worked?

    If it's never worked before, it's probably because you haven't added an account. Then please try it by calling "My Profile" and registering with an email address and a self-selected password. Then it should work. 

    Also, please check if you have the latest version from the Store and your device has at least 2 GB of free memory.

    yes it has worked before,I have rebooted my iPad and updated latest version
