How do I check for updates when I cant access game

Go to play store, search for pyramid saga. It will say you already have it installed and if there is an update it will have a box there to say an update is available.
Or, you could go to app settings on your device, click on the pyramid saga app and see if you get an option to clear the cache...clear it but do NOT clear the DATA.
Another thing to try is to clear cache from all your device apps at once. Use Google to get instructions for your specific device on how to do it.

no box saying updates available. Only thing I get when I check apps is option to uninstall game.

Go to your settings on your computer and search for updates to your computer and you might be able to right click your app icon and select update. I only use mobile so I’m not sure of a Home computer. 🤔
@Freddy_ do you know anything about updating home computers/PCs? 🤔

All updates current, game was playing fine yesterday. I got the game through Microsoft store not google so I don't know if that makes a difference. I am on level 1100 or so, so don't want to start from 1 again.

To check updates go to microsoft store in top right corner is 3 dots click on these and then updates and it will show if any updates are available for your game

Try uninstallling and reinstalling then sign in with your account details and should sync your levels and gold if your account is saved, any saved boosters would be lost, if this does not work
All you can do then is contact customer support and ask them to manually restore your levels

I can't get the game to load. I levels are probably there but I can't play if game wont load. Game turns on but then a few seconds later turns off again.
