You'll see a green translate button in comments and discussions to turn them into English
Go to play store, search for pyramid saga. It will say you already have it installed and if there is an update it will have a box there to say an update is available.
Or, you could go to app settings on your device, click on the pyramid saga app and see if you get an option to clear the cache...clear it but do NOT clear the DATA.
Another thing to try is to clear cache from all your device apps at once. Use Google to get instructions for your specific device on how to do it.
Go to your settings on your computer and search for updates to your computer and you might be able to right click your app icon and select update. I only use mobile so I’m not sure of a Home computer. 🤔

Try uninstallling and reinstalling then sign in with your account details and should sync your levels and gold if your account is saved, any saved boosters would be lost, if this does not work
All you can do then is contact customer support and ask them to manually restore your levels
