I contacted Customer services this morning but haven't heard anything back. They told me a couple of days ago they had restored my game to the level I was on but that it might take time foe me to see it? ... so it's a waiting game and probably have to wait till next week now as the weekend is here :(
We are all the same l think. Been waiting since Monday for it to get fixed.
I was nearly finished level 210 with about 5 new adventures after it now since update I’m back on level 207 with no new adventures after that, WTF is going on ??? 🤬

Why is this all taking so long? It's been days now since many of us haven't been able to play due to losing levels since the update?!

@Aauughh I can take you off the tagging list so you won’t get tagged in any Pyramid discussions. Do you want me to do that? You can also go to your notifications and filter what you want to see here or in your email. The 3 lines at the top right is where you can change your notifications. 👍

Since some updates I’m facing the same issue with Pyramid : I’m set back at a previous episode, but most of the time after relaunching the game it’s coming back to normal.
But with the latest update, I was on episode 213 and now I’m stuck at the last level of episode 207.
I use an iPhone 11 Pro and an iPad, latest iOS version.
Think everyone is the same. Still waiting for updates.
I was stuck on level 198 for several days but it is now up to level 207. So it's an improvement. Still not as high the level I'm actually on.
I am still on 207 with no new levels. This has been going on for days now!!
WHOA! I only see up to 207 this morning and not m ore but I'm glad to see a new episode.
@teresa01 - Why don't I see as many levels as OseeAsi who can see greyed out 215?

I was stuck at level 198 for several days. The update brought me up to episode 207, but I was well past that one as well.
I updated yesterday and contacted CS who said they would restore my game to level 3275 as the update put me back even further. I lost all my boosters and have forwarded them a receipt proving my purchases of gold bars (900) which I used to buy boosters and now have lost. I have heard nothing back from them and cannot progress in the game. Can you assist please?
I have same issues. I was high up in episodes. I wasn’t playing as much during the day so I had 4 episodes that I hadn’t even gotten to yet. Yesterday it was stuck on episode 199 (or 198). Today it has jumped up to episode 207 and is waiting for new adventures. Can’t wait for the trouble shooting team to fix this issue.
