Huge problem

Can someone please help. My game kept telling me it had stopped, so I contacted CS who asked me to reinstall the game which I did. I now have lost all my boosters.

    I’m sorry they told you to restart. Unfortunately doing this will make you lose all your won boosters. When dealing with a problem please give me at least a day or two to get more information. If any boosters you lost was purchased you can get them back but not won boosters.

    I will tag a CM and also I need to see if anyone else has this problem. I will pass the problem on to the studio. @Lola_Pop

    Thank you @teresawallace44 for all your help. I am gutted this has happened I had so many I bought myself. I have written to CS but they haven't replied. Thank you again for all your help, it's much appreciated.
