🚫 Unable to send or receive lives ♥ empty inbox

For About a month now I have not been able to send or receive lives. And previously before that it would randomly work. I’ve tried logging out of my profile which is connected through apple and then connecting through Facebook and then back in through apple. Can someone please help with this issue? I have an IPhone

Hi there! The Studio is aware of an issue where the inbox remains empty when trying to send and receive lives while connected to the game with a Facebook account. Thank you for your patience while they continue investigating this issue. ☺️

I am still unable to send or receive lives and there wasnt a problem before, I was always able to send and receive lives until now. I am on level 814. I always made sure to give my fellow players lives at every opportunity I could, and appreciated it when they returned the favor. Its frustrating not to be able to now. It makes the game slower and less fun.

Check your device and game are up to date and log out and clear the cache from your app store,restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Check your device and game are up to date and log out and clear the cache from your app store,restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Missing boosters
I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone.
