how do i retrieve my gold bars

i have 5 gold bars and can't retrieve them.won't purchase any if i can't get them

What do you mean by you can't retrieve them? I don't think there's anything you can purchase for 5 gold bars anyway so that might be your issue. I've purchased gold bars for pyramid and never had issues using them.
